Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We currently have an opportunity for a sales manager position for our security surveillance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of our strategic accounts, integrator relationship development, and growth of security surveillance business in UAE.

Job Requirements:
- Achieving agreed sales and margin targets for CCTV / Security Systems Product Portfolio
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales
- Able to develop and execute channel strategies.
- Experience working at distributor level
- Reviewing the tender documents and coordinating with partners & technical experts.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding the project division customer base
- Supporting clients and technical team in terms of projects design and specifications
- Maintaining business relationships with customers & partners.
- Updating the project overviews on a monthly basis.
- Providing market feedback on competition, new projects and action plans
- Implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results

Requirements

- Bachelor of Engineering (preferably Master’s degree)
- At least 5 years’ experience in Security Systems (mainly CCTV) handling large integrated projects with good knowledge on project & Bid management
- Establish relationship with strategic channels.
- Create and execute on detailed sales plan to achieve revenue objectives
- Maintain monthly forecast and sales pipeline
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with appropriate internal and external resources and partners.
- Articulate appropriately at all customer levels for the Megapixel product roadmap for products features and benefits.
- Deep technical and ROI/TCO knowledge of product offerings
- Ability to stay focused on goals and objectives
- Ability to operate and make decisions in complex environment
- Ability to operate with minimal tactical direction
- High energy drive to close business and exceed assigned sales goals
- Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills
- Organized and has track record of working effectively on a team
- Effective at qualifying sales opportunities and time management
- Comprehensive expertise upon Competitive Security Systems product range - Ideally Honeywell, Bosch, Axis, Schneider (Pelco), Siemens etc.
- Fluent Arabic & English communication skills
