Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

JOB PURPOSE: To proactively manage and lead the sales performance of his sales team in order to achieve the company plans and objectives through promoting the Company’s products, services and solutions and achieve market share objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead, motivate and inspire his sales team for their own territories, reviewing performance, coaching and providing feedback addressing performance issues promptly.
- Develop and execute the business plans for each sales member of his team through carrying out researches, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
- Consistently work with his sales team to use the company’s sales tools in order to capture, update and maintain all account related information for effective management of territory and sales cycles.
- Ensure and review on daily basis that each sales member is performing properly his daily selling activities which includes: Conduct sales calls, demonstrations, proposal creation/presentation, and maintain prospect activity into sales cycle tracking processes.
- Provide monthly sales forecast for Auh territory, with a high accuracy level, and work through his sales team to ensure the sales objectives of revenue growth and gross profit targets are met across products, services and solutions.
- Ensure high level of product knowledge and competition knowledge is maintained within all sales team members.
- Understand industry key business processes and applications to determine new opportunities across all company products and services utilizing his sales team
- Ensure strong cooperation with other business functions that enables driving the set strategies and achieve company plans
- Ensure commitment to raising the bar on customer service and satisfaction levels by effective relationship and effective management.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing
- 5+ Years’ sales management experience. Abu Dhabi market experience preferred

- Work and collaborate with Sales, System Support, Service, Finance and Marketing departments to improve the customer experience and satisfaction.

External Relationships:
- Customers

Decision Making:
- Assessing and making routine decisions on various and unrelated processes and methods requiring interpretation of guidelines.
