Sales Manager - Door Hardware - Leading European Access Control Company

- Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer, prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.
- Plan and manage personal business portfolio, territory, business according to an agreed market development strategy.
- Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
- Plan, carry out, support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have extensive training and technical knowledge of various Access Control/Door Hardware with the ability to consult with clients and consultants on the best available solution. You will have a strong network of end users and consultancies with a track record of delivering best in class products to be specified.

You will have an excellent track record in Sales and Business Development within the industry.

Western candidates are preferred however Arab speaking candidates will also be considered.

A minimum of 3 years experience working in Abu Dhabi Market.

Ideally Arabic speaking, must have excellent English both written and verbal.
