Job description / Role
Our client within the education sector are urgently looking for an experienced Manager to support a team of 4 sales staff in Dubai.
The post holder will lead the sales and marketing (student recruitment) activities for the Middle East Region, primarily the Global MBA and Executive MBA programs.
Responsible for achieving revenue and recruitment targets, developing and executing marketing and recruitment activities and ensuring these are competitive and supportive of the school’s brand and the center’s objectives. Reporting directly to the Middle East Centre Director, the Sales & Marketing Manager will manage the performance of the marketing and recruitment team to plan, implement, execute marketing activities across the region and achieve the set recruitment targets and KPIs. As a member of the Centre’s senior management team, the post holder will support the Centre Director in general Centre projects.
Requirements
- Higher Education experience or Education sector experience
- Sales driven professional with a degree in marketing or a related field
- Must have management experience
- Minimum of 3 years UAE experience in a similar role
- Hands on
- Able to travel 1-2 days at a time
- Excellent English
- Due to workload and deadlines at certain times of year you’ll be expected to work over a weekend if needed and be flexible on week days to ensure the work is done.
- Must be strategic, organised, motivating and upbeat.
