Sales Manager - FMCG (Male, NZ'er Preferred)
We are a Dubai based, expat (Kiwi) owned company building brands in the Middle East. We manage the marketing, sales, distribution and finance requirements for numerous brands and also buy/sell our own products. We work with world leading brands and have been operating in the region since 1999. Our products are mostly food and non-narcotic pharmaceuticals.
Building relationships with our regional distribution partners, you will work to understand them, their customers and the consumers. You will create plans with them to increase sales. You will approach their customers and introduce them to our products, helping them to make more sales. You will work with marketing to help identify opportunities and implement marketing strategies, organise orders and ensure they are carried through properly. You will work with the customers and help them solve issues and problems. Effectively, you will be the customer facing representative for the brands and for us. Working under the guidance of a CEO and a Market Manager, you will be provided with admin, marketing, management and finance support.
The job will take you around the GCC. We will help you to create your own travel plans for visiting our customers in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan and a few more if required.
Requirements
- Have a degree
- Have sales experience
- Have a valid passport and have traveled
- Work well unsupervised and maintain strong motivation
- Have high energy levels and be flexible with hours of work and travel
The following would be beneficial:
- Food and/or pharmaceutical experience
- Experience in working throughout the Middle East or other emerging markets
Male, Western preferred.
