Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a multinational industrial refrigeration contractor who are looking to hire for two candidates to grow their Sales and Marketing team in the UAE, to drive sales growth across the MENA region. To be considered for this role, all candidates must have extensive sales experience within industrial refrigeration and technical knowledge of how to interpret complex P&ID.
Both roles will be responsible for increasing the profitability and brand awareness of the company through business development activities and implementation of successful marketing campaigns. Day to day tasks include; planning and coordinating marketing and sales activities, providing technical advice and support to the existing network of customers in the MENA region and collecting product feedback, making suitable recommendations as well as quality solutions for ongoing projects. These roles demand regular travel across the MENA region, therefore candidates must be flexible and willing to travel frequently as per company requirements. A high level of autonomy will be given in these roles and our client is looking for proactive, solution driven individuals who are passionate about sales and building strong client relationships.
Requirements
To be considered for these roles you must have a Degree in one of the following subjects; Chemistry, Process Technology, Process Engineering or similar with a minimum of 5 years professional experience in industrial refrigeration. Due to the extensive travel requirements and the nature of the business preference will be given to holders of European passports.
