Job description / Role
- Independently, lead, motivate and manage distributors across the region to achieve company objectives
- Fully accountable for top and bottom line results
- Meticulously and accurately manage all expenses and budgets
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, value adding analysis and market intelligence updates to management Reporting / internal and external performance reviews
- Develop and maintain pricing model and structure
- Closely monitor sales to ensure distributors meet sales targets
- Work closely with the local marketing team to develop and execute marketing initiatives
- Provide strategic plans and leadership for driving long term growth in the region
- Implement logistic process
- Effectively communicate business status to management via professional reporting and marketing intelligence gathering Market / Trade visits
- Mange local compliance

- Distribution
- Investments
Requirements
- University Degree
- Good command of English (spoken and written) and an excellent communicator
- Independent self-starter with strong work ethic and a high level of initiative and motivation
- Strong analyitical skills
- Export experience
- Retail trade experience (trade marketing/category management)
- Strategic thinker and good with numbers
- Good interpersonal skills
- The ability to work accurately with attention to detail
- Well versed with international culture
