Job description / Role
On behalf of our client a multinational FMCG company that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager The Regional Sales Manager is part of a start-up role in Dubai and you will be responsible for sustainably growing profits, sales and market share across all relevant channels, be accountable for all aspects of the business and will work closely across all functions in Asia. You will manage all aspects of the company's relations with retailers and distributors in the UAE and will lead formulating and drive strategy. This will enable all product categories to reach their full potential. The Regional Sales Manager will also help to develop and position the company's products across all UAE market as a differentiated brand.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be based in the GCC, have 5-7 years GCC sales experience working within the personal home care product division of a multinational FMCG company, hold a BA or equivalent , be creative, innovative, team player, resilient and persistent with a strong sales ethic. UAE driving licence is essential.
