Client, an award winning Printing Press based in Dubai is currently looking to hire a Sales Manager to come on board and lead/manage the sales team.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting team incentives
- Ensuring sales team hit targets
- implementing sales process and strategy
Healthy salary on offer + Personal & Team commissions. Other benefits include annual flights and medical insurance
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with previous experience managing a sales team for a printing press. 100% sales focused, able to lead and motivate team members, ensuring team and company targets are met.
