Here's an opportunity to work with a Multinational and one of the top paint manufactures globally. Their portfolio includes decorative, automotive, industrial, protective and marine coatings.

Reporting to the Head of Sales for the Region, the Sales Manager will lead a team of Sales executives and would be responsible to manage all sales activities for achieving the sales targets of B2B protective coatings within the assigned territory.

You will bring in and lead all relationships with key accounts, negotiate sales price and discounts. Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and manage resources to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations. Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process to develop performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones.

Build strong and positive relationship with customers at various levels. Build and document knowledge about the clients business setup. Manage key assignments and document all technical projects carried out with clients. Capture all customer contact details in the

CRM system complete and up to date. Provide a detailed monthly report to the head of Sales and update all information of the prospective projects.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum five years of sales experience in the Paints industry within the Protective Coating Sales function
- Knowledge of Protective Coating paint products and systems
- Awareness of the approvals with the Semi Government/Oil &Gas companies
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English. Arabic will be an added advantage
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Solutions oriented with strong problem solving skills
- Self-motivated
