Employment: Full Time

A reputed Real Estate company in looking for suitable Sales Manager to lead their sales team in UAE

Responsibilities:

- Guide & Train consultants to maximize business efficiency
- Ensure achievement of sales targets
- Direct analysis of competitor, product and market analysis
- Define and implement metrics for sales effectiveness
- Create sales plans, targets and performance targets for employees
- Motivate and guide employees to achieve sales targets
- Define and implement developer / client relations strategy
- Initiate and lead benchmark practices in service quality and customer interfacing processes

Requirements

Ideal candidate for the position should be/have:

- At least 8 years experience in UAE in the same field ( Real Estate)
- Must have RERA permit
- Must have driving license
