Employment: Full Time

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overall sales performance of their Brand, from taking care of the recruitment to making sales strategies in order to increase the sales. You must be independent and assertive, as daily decision-making is essential. You will need to develop plans that support line of service and brand objectives.

Duties:
- Your primary responsibility will be to meet the Brand’s sales target for each of your retail locations.
- You will be responsible for recruiting, training and development of your sales team, to ensure they are at a sufficient level to be able to help you deliver your sales and operational goals.
- Monitoring and scheduling of sales team, ensuring optimal coverage, i.e. the right person should be at the right location at the right time.
- Managing visual merchandising at locations and ensuring optimal inventory level is maintained at all times.
- The responsibility of ensuring all location’s equipment is in running condition and maintained properly, i.e. credit card machine, LCD displays, POS hardware, bar code scanners etc.
- To monitor cash levels, reconcile bank deposits, ordering supplies from the warehouse and trouble-shooting challenges as necessary, to ensure smooth running of the locations.
- Conducting regular cash and stock audits to reconcile differences.
- Handling and resolving onsite customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring that sales team adheres to high standards for customer satisfaction as set by the Mall Management.
- Motivating and inspiring team to successfully meet sales objectives by communicating sales goals, company policies, procedures, expectations and other matters to team transparently.
- To ensure that daily/weekly sales targets are met and monitored.
- To provide the GM with reasons for variances against budgeted/forecasted sales and action plans to help meet forecasts.
- Ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely and data requirement is provided as and when needed on pre-agreed formats.
- Training team to perform their tasks and monitor their sales independently.

Requirements

- Graduate diploma required
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar hands on retail sales environment and 1-2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory/managerial role
- Sales and target oriented should be numbers savvy and willing to do more to get more.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- An outgoing personality, should love interacting with sales team and customers.
- Physically fit and active, should enjoy working in retail locations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
- Must be ready to work flexible hours as and when needed.
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to motivate self & others through leadership and creativity.
- Good time management and follow through.
- UAE driving license is a must
