Job description / Role
General duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Professionally and effectively employ sales skills to achieve targeted sales;
- Increase the level of sales and close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations;
- Advise CEO and President of client feedback/comments relating to product content and pricing;
- Develop sales presentations and participate in meetings with clients and external vendors;
- Ensure maintenance and demonstration of accurate knowledge of company’s products, services and overall benefits;
- Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor products and activities, be able to highlight their disadvantages and recommend any necessary tactical action;
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers;
- Supports the Company’s Management with internal and external communications.
Requirements
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent;
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant local experience in the field of Aviation, Operations, Business Development, etc.
- Excellent command of English is a must
Critical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
- Effective verbal and written communication on all levels and both internally and externally;
- Ability to maintain good relationship with different fuel vendors in the market.
- Strong Analytical & Decision Making Skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines;
- Effective and proven negotiation skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook;
- Ability to work independently;
- A calm approach to problem solving and last minute changes;
