Job description / Role
Our client is a very reputable, market leading training provider based in Dubai is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive due to business expansion.
Function: Sales, Client Services, Marketing, Business Development
Reporting to: Executive Director
Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Sales
- Increase public course registrations via a multitude of self-identified sales technique
- Sell in-house courses and manage proposals
- Coordinate, track, and follow-up on leads and sales interactions
- Identify, implement and manage CRM while capturing client data and recording all sales interactions
- Plan and prepare all logistics for sales trips/visits
- Account Management & Client Relations
- Re-define the value proposition
- Prospect, qualify and approach new clients and client industries
- Coordinate with other divisions to target/manage key accounts
Marketing
- Co-define the annual/semi-annual marketing strategy and budget
- Work with team to execute and manage the implementation of the marketing strategy Direct marketing (including sales calls and visits) Digital marketing Traditional advertising Conferences and tradeshows Customer promotions and workshops
- Product Design

Requirements
- Minimum of 5-years business development and/or sales experience in the GCC
- Worked within small teams
- Middle East and U.S./Europe-related business activity in the past
- Marketing experience
- Sales experience within the training industry is an advantage (pre-existing network is an additional advantage)
- Education required: University degree; Master’s degree is an advantage
- Languages required: Fluent English, fluent Arabic
- Computer skills: Fluidity with Microsoft Office, and basic knowledge of LinkedIn
- Ability to travel within the GCC (~50% of the time)
