Award-winning, market-leading food retail business requires high calibre S&OP Manager based in Dubai, UAE.

Our client is strategically expanding across the GCC region and has engaged us on an exclusive basis across several business critical positions.

This business is passionate about what it does and this is evident from the sales staff on the floor through to the main board members.

The role of S&OP Manager will see you reporting directly into the Director of Supply Chain who is an impressive individual with multiple years' experience within the FMCG and retail industries.

Requirements

You will be responsible for managing the S&OP demand, supply and initiative processes, as well as ensuring effective and efficient demands are incorporated. You will also ensure excellent stock delivery and customer service maintenance levels are maintained. You will deliver confidence, credibility and co-ordination across multiple functions and as such will be an exceptional team player and communicator.

A full job description is available for the right candidate but we would like to speak in particular to multi-lingual S&OP individuals who have experience within the FMCG, Retail or Luxury Goods industries.

In addition, you will demonstrate skills and experience:
- Of building excellent relationships
- Of a strong sense of customer service excellence and what this looks like
- With Natural analytical skills
- Of the supply network, supply capabilities and systems processes
- With an ERP system

You will work with high calibre colleagues within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. As such we need someone who is able to work at pace without compromising quality standards.
