We have several early analyst levels for our Sales team that has come available. In this role, we are looking for an Analyst who will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts by ensuring the smooth operation of various tasks and processes crucial to our Agency Sales Products & Programs.

Accountabilities

- Manage pricing and incentive modelling templates to accurately reflect product and program offerings, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain and update incentive contract templates, ensuring compliance with current regulations and company policies.
- Effectively manage and organize internal and external inboxes, in particular SuperSeller, for inquiries, providing prompt responses and forwarding critical matters to appropriate team members.
- Utilize CRM systems to track, organize, and manage customer data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
- Facilitate clear and timely communication with internal customers, in particular BDUs, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing necessary information on products, programs, and policies.
- Collaborate with Sales Polcies & Communication team to ensure accurate representation of relevant Agency sales policies, keeping them updated and communicated internally and externally.
- Coordinate payment processes with field teams to ensure timely and accurate payment of incentives
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into sales performance, customer trends, and program effectiveness, aiding in strategic decision-making.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Agency products, programs, and offerings to provide accurate and informative support to customers and sales teams.

Requirements

Education & Experience

- Bachelors degree preferred or +1-3 years work experience in a related field
- Sales experience, or experience in supporting a field sales organization required
- Numerate and Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret reports.
- Proven experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with pricing models, legal contracts, and sales policies is a plus.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
