Full training
Based in Greens, Near the Springs
- Working in unsaturated markets such as Qatar/Saudi and other GCC countries
- Working alongside qualified brokers and closers, who have target earnings of OTE 200,000 + pounds per year
- Tweaked issues with other brokerages
- Excellent reputation
- Visa provided
- British managed
Requirements
- Ability to handle objections
- Bubbly personality
- Have a great phone manner, be articulate & understand their product
- Willingness to network / build rapport with people to generate leads
- People who have the ability to think outside the box
- Self starters – they have one of the best training programmes in Financial services, although they want self motivated sales people who want to hit the ground running
- People who are quick learners & can grasp the concept of what they do quickly
- Smart dress attire. They like their staff to portray a sharp image – formal suits- tie, closed top button/skirt or trousers with white shirt
