Sales Representative - 6 Months Contract

Job description / Role

- Provide all the needed information on products and services
- Precisely introduce product, feature, and experience
- Assist customers in finding the suitable product they are looking for
- Provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Arrange merchandise to look tidy and attractive to customers
- Engage with the customer and discover their wants and needs
- Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest purchase options and invite them to upcoming events
- Present products using interactive materials such as videos, charts, slideshows etc.
- Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products
- Submit daily sales reports

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills and good at convincing potential customers
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the sales/retail/service industry in UAE
- Fluency in English, Arabic speaking is a plus, able to communicate with clients
- Have excellent problem-solving skills
- Proactively communicate with customers
- Be ready to accept flexible work arrangements
