Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Achieve targeted sales & distribution
- Visiting all allocated customers on timely basis as per assigned journey plans, to procure and build orders for all products.
- Coordinate with other relevant team members to achieve maximum listing and visibility at POS
- Process all orders on CRM & follow up with warehouse for prompt delivery.
- Monitor the performance of each customer to pinpoint areas for improvement and development
- Acquire & develop new customers after consulting with direct supervisor

Promote & sell Consumer products
- Assist the direct supervisor in planning and forecasting the products within the territory.
- Gather accurate information, market opportunities, trends to determine customers’ needs
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly plans
- After sales services and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer/Relationship Management
- Gather & properly report market available data regarding competitors’ products and activities.
- Update customer data base when required including changes in ownership, address, name of outlet, assigned official representation…etc
- Attend sales meetings, seminars and participate in sales demos and exhibitions when and if needed
- Ensure all relevant visibility & distribution contracts are well implemented

Inventory Management
- Report short expiring products at least 6 months before expiry
- Maintaining sufficient stock at all assigned customers
- Ensure FIFO & stock rotation to liquidate short life & slow moving products

Trade Receivable
- Ensure collections of trade receivables as per agreed commercial terms with customer and monthly aging target report.
- Continuously recommend credit terms changes if and when needed to sustain business continuity in line with customer financial capabilities, collection history and sales performance

Requirements

At lease a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience is required, a UAE driving license and a car, Merchandising skills, Steps of the call-sales skills, Journey planing skills, a degree / Diploma in any relevant discipline.
