Employment: Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities

Executing Sales
• Find and develop new markets and improve sales, particularly: Attract new customers, Increase the sales value of current customers, Increase the profitability of the sales value.
• Obtain new leads and prospective customers.
• Communicate, contact, meet and visit customers.
• Qualify customers and create sales opportunities.
• Prepare, adjust and give sales presentation to prospective customers, lead products demonstration when it is required.
• Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, payment and credit terms, availability and logistics. Also address customers’ concerns and deal with customers’ objection until closing the sale.
• Request, follow up, and review quotations/proposals/contracts that are required to be submitted to customers. This also includes helping prepared by Sales Coordinator in determine pricing schedules for quotes and promotions.
• Close the sales.
• Follow up delivering and logistics of closed sales.
• Obtain feedback, satisfactory degree, and address related concerns.
• Generate referrals from existing customers.
• Follow up payments with customers and make sure credit limit of each customer is not exceeded.
• Assist in collecting payments or cheques from customers.
• Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and market conditions.

Dealing with Complaints
• Receive customers complaints
• Understand complaints and assist in investigating problems, root cause, developing solutions: corrective and preventive, preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
• Contain customers’ complaints and report to management about the issue and customer satisfaction after resolving it.

Reporting
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Representation
• Attend meetings, industry events and conferences as requested by management.

Working with Others
• The Sales Rep will report to a Sales Manager; and to perform the duties and responsibilities as directed by management.
• Collaborate with other team members in positive approach.
• Perform ad-hoc requirements with satisfactory outcomes.

Other Key Requirements:
• Academic or professional certificate in a field relates to marketing and/or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive personality and sales skills.
• Proven track in successful achievements with strong previous experience.
• Good experience in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Holding valid UAE driving license.

Reporting to: Sales Manager
Other interactions: Sales Coordinator and General Accountant
Number required: 3
Duration: Permeant position
Desired start date: immediate or within a month
Probation: 6 months
Working Hours: 48 hours/week
Other Benefits: Health Insurance, 30 days annual leave and allowance for air ticket (every two years)
Commission / Bonus: This post will include plan for Commission and Bonus

Requirements

The candidate should have:
• Minimum of five years in similar roles and responsibilities; preferably in business related to food services (HORECA).
• Talents and skills that enable the Sales Rep to discover and explore new opportunities and markets within a specified territory, understand the markets dynamics, competition, and the company value proposition. The Sales Rep should also demonstrate ability to prospect, communicate, qualify potential customers, give presentations and demonstrate products, address concerns and deal with objections, and close deals with prospective customers, keep and develop business relationship, obtain referral, expand business with current and new customers.
• Skills to work independently with limited supervision from Sales Management.

Specialist knowledge: to discover and explore new opportunities and markets within a specified territory, understand the markets dynamics, competition, and the company value proposition. The Sales Rep should also demonstrate ability to prospect, communicate, qualify potential customers, give presentations and demonstrate products, address concerns and deal with objections, and close deals with prospective customers, keep and develop business relationship, obtain referral, expand business with current and new customers.

Language Fluency: English

Current Location: UAE (Specifically: Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Dubai)
