Employment: Full Time

Select Group is looking for experienced and driven Sales Executives to join their team. Based in Dubai Marina the Executives will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, by effectively selling the Company's property portfolio, and will manage the full sales process with the customer from initial contact through to closing the sale.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced real estate professionals to join the busy sales team of one of Dubai's largest private developers.

Requirements

- Degree in Business or Marketing from a recognized University and/or professional qualification in a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years (at least 1 year within the UAE) experience in a real estate/property sales
- RERA certified preferred but not required
- Excellent knowledge of property market dynamics, local conditions, customer preferences and current trends
- Strong inter-personal, organizational and presentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to speak read and write English fluently
- Multilingual highly desirable
- Own car and UAE driving license preferred
- Team player
