Job description / Role
For a multinational company dealing in Precision Engineering Machinery; we are looking to recruit a Western Educated Sales & Service Manager to handle UAE & GCC markets.
You will develop and implement go-to-market strategies and plans for various localities and market segments within the UAE and GCC, manage and mentor sales reps and develop the company distributor network, set and maintain target levels for sales inventory, repair parts and rental fleet and regularly report on metrics and KPI’s relating to sales, marketing service and general business operations.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years experience selling and or renting highly-engineered / technical equipment into O&G, Power Gen, Construction & Heavy Equipment's. Excellent communication and man- management skills is essential. You are expected to travel in and around the UAE & GCC as and when required but not an excessive amount.

We are looking for English Speaking Candidate that have sold precision engineering tools, hand tools, generators and machinery experience etc. to oil and gas, construction, Power, Shipyards industries.
Salary and Package Negotiable.
