Sales Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our lubricant raw materials in the market. This role requires a strong ability to build and maintain relationships, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and initiatives
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and customer visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotional activities
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team

Requirements

- Proven work experience as a Sales Specialist preferably in the lubricant or related industry
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices in UAE
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines and targets
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to travel on regular basis for customer visits
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
