Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Prepares an annual territory business plan, with consideration of current corporate and area focus and objectives.
• Initiates and develops contacts and bonds with customers, both existing and potential, with focus on new sales opportunities.
• Visit and call customers regularly and proactively, looking for potential interest in the solutions we offer.
• Analyzes existing and anticipated customer requirements and promotes consideration and purchase of company products and services.
• Prepares and delivers effective product /sales presentations.
• Achieves monthly and annual sales objectives as set forth by management.
• Maintain all aspects of the customer database and properly accountability documents.
• Achieve and maintain a high level of competency in knowledge and positioning of products and services.
• Stay aware of new markets and competition products and activities.
• Coordinate with the sales coordinator to build effective quotations in accordance with existing policy and procedure.
• Keep an up-to-date pipeline and submit an accurate forecast on a regular basis and other sales reports as required.
• Evaluation and technical decision process and timing, and follow up the procurement process, deliveries, and payment terms.
• Additional duties are assigned by management.

Requirements

• BSC in biomedical engineering, biochemistry, or any relevant field as a minimum.
• Should have 2-5 years extensive experience in selling Laboratory Equipment’s for all applications (Educational, medical) along with KITs within hospitals, clinics, and medical centers in UAE Region.
• Should have very good contacts with labs and hospitals related to private and government sectors in UAE.
• Should Have Valid UAE Driving License (Preferable to have a car)
• Very good communication skills in English (Arabic additional advantage)
• Demonstrate advanced clinically based selling skills.
• Results oriented with a proven track record of success with product launches.
• Highly organized with strong account management skills.
• Only candidates with the same field experience apply.
