Salary: 4,000 - 5,000 AED

One of our leading and prestigious clients is in the Optical Industry in the UAE. They have been recognized time and again as the UAE’s most trusted brand of opticians with its never ending pursuit for excellence. They offer a comprehensive range of eyewear and optical services and they presently operate over 40 shops and are still planning to expand.

Due to their ever increasing need to serve their customers to the best, they are looking to hire a Female Sales Staff.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work with customers with the most cheerful and pleasant disposition
- Give answers to customers’ questions or concerns related to the product they are charged to sell and demonstrate good knowledge of the product
- Communicate and assist customers in any way possible and as the customers may require
- Deal with customer’s complaints professionally and with restraint
- Close as many deals and transactions as possible
- Process or help process payments made by the customer – whether by in cash or credit card
- Bag products for the customers (if there’s no other assigned to that)
- Report sales accurately

Requirements

- 2 - 3 years’ experience in sales preferably in UAE
- Experience preferable from optical industry or fashion, retail
- Female applicants only except Egyptians and Filipinos

The working days are 6 and the timings are from (9 AM to 6 PM/ 10 AM to 7 PM/ 1 PM to 10 PM/ 2 PM to 11 PM/ 3 PM to 12 PM) depending on the shop. Regular offs are on weekdays only.
