Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a hard working and versatile individual to provide administrative support to a sales force and customer service team and assist in back office tasks.

Main Tasks and Duties:
- Allocate Leads and clients
- Monitor sales performance and targets
- Provide sales performance reports
- Communicate with Sales and Marketing on quality of leads
- Check client documentation
- Follow up customer complaints
- General Ad Hoc administrative tasks

Requirements

- Good inter personal skills
- Works well in a team
- Must be comfortable working with numbers
- Good attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Some Excel experience preferred
- College Degree Essential
- Must be fluent in English
