Job description / Role
Job purpose: is to handle the operations of Quotations preparations, firm orders, purchase orders, shipments follow, delivery, samples on timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:
• Handle quotations requests.
• Handle Proforma invoices, purchase orders and customers payments processes.
• Generate the packing List in the System, and send it to warehouse team.
• Prepare "Purchase Orders" through the system.
• Check stock availability and place the order with Suppliers if needed.
• Coordinate with the shipper to get reports, and dispatch the shipments.
• Claim with Suppliers if any items have founded short or damage
• Handle Purchase Invoices
• Handle Domestic/ International Delivery process.
• Send Monthly sales reports.
• Handle Phone Calls from the clients, suppliers, shippers, sales and Management.
Requirements
• 4 years minimum experience in sales support, logistics, warehouse or operational activities in any related field.
• Experience in ERP system Dynamics AX or 365
• Expert in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Degree in logistics Management, Business Administration or any equivalent field.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, organizational and customer service skills.
• The ability to meet short deadlines and to be detail-oriented.
• Team players, and to work with other members to achieve the same goal.
