Job description / Role
We are looking for a Sales Support Supervisor to work within Systems and Process Compliance at Al-Futtaim Toyota. This role will report directly into the Head of Business Process and will be based in Toyota Head Office Dubai. The main purpose of this role is to ensure systems and processes are aligned to enable smooth sales transactions and customer satisfaction whilst balancing the interests of company profit and following policy.
The role holder will be responsible for activating and maintaining Fastrack users, ensuring that full training is provided to employees before access is granted and carrying out audit checks on branches to ensure correct usage and solve any inter branch conflicts.
You will liaise with Showroom Managers to ensure SOPs and processes are followed and will be the point of contact for communicating system changes and upgrades. You will coordinate with the distributor on new offer launches and will evaluate the impact that they will have on current processes whilst maintaining updated records on accessory updates and pricing.
Requirements
Ideally you will have significant experience in using the Fastrack and SAP systems and will be fully knowledgeable on the end to end sales process. You will come from a supervisory role within the automotive sales industry and will have strong sales and back office experience.
You will have an analytical mind with the ability to identify and evaluate errors and will be confident in assessing feasibility of implementing audit recommendations. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise successfully with management and colleagues.
