Employment: Full Time

To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Sales team in our office in Dubai Media City.

Leading one of the three existing sales teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing a team of account managers selling through direct client visits, as well as over the phone and email
- Supporting and managing the team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Coaching the team on sales techniques, as well as training new hires
- Monitoring the teams work to ensure quality and effectiveness of sales and customer service
- Providing regular updates to management on sales progress and pipeline
- Contributing to making sales forecasts, setting of targets and evolving the incentive structure
- Working with the team to collect customer feedback to improve the product
- Attending industry events and exhibitions with the team for networking and lead generation

Requirements

The successful candidate will have good experience in sales management in an online, e-commerce, telecom, or recruitment environment. They will have a real passion for the online world, with the ability to think strategically and then deliver tactically. They will understand sales drivers and key conversion triggers, and be able to lead a team to deliver at their best.

The minimum requirements of the candidate are:
- University degree in any subject
- Excellent fluency in written and spoken English
- Demonstrated track record of delivering and hitting sales targets in a B2B environment
- Track record of successfully leading a sales / account management team
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience of compiling management reports
- A stable career and longevity with previous employers
