Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain VVIP clients.
- Foster strong relationships with ultra high net-worth individuals, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling sales campaigns and promotions.
- Provide exceptional leadership, including training and development of the sales team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in luxury retail, automotive, or related fields.
- Passion for luxury cars and an understanding of the high-end vehicle rental market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with elite clients.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
