Sales VP - Digital Marketing Company

Job description / Role

Young, fast growing and competitive company in Digital Marketing (PR/Publishing/Social Media/Web Design/Online advertising/Photography etc.) My client has a highly successful UK business (that trades extensively in the Middle East). As part of their international expansion they are now setting up physical operations in Dubai and are looking for a talented VP sales to head up the business.

- Responsible to strategize sales programs and to direct the activities of the sales division to ensure achievement of respective sales targets.
- Responsible to set up the sales team from scratch with the sales manager and telesales and to provide strong leadership and coordination for Sales functions.
- Maintain, manage and motivate sales force and other personnel capabilities to deliver the sales growth and market expansion to achieve targets.
- Manage, monitor and analyze Sales activities.
- Direct and coordinate company marketing and sales functions through development of strategy, tactics, marketing plans, sales plans and profit targets.
- Responsible to achieve targets for revenue, profitability, sales growth and ROI.
- Enhance the reputation and relationship of the company with key corporate clients / accounts in order to further the division’s business interests.
- Doing the maximum to turn sales leads and opportunities to sales deals.

Requirements

- 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales is a MUST.
- Experience in leading a sales team and being able to set up a sales team.
- Experience in dealing with corporate business in Middle East.
- Experience of selling solutions of Digital Marketing/PR/Social Media/Publishing/Web Design etc.
- Business analysis experience (including implementation, tracking, problem resolution and reporting).
- A successful sales track record in Digital Marketing/PR/Social Media/Publishing/Web Design etc.
- Consultative selling skills.
