Salesman

Job description / Role

We are looking for Salesman who must have a passion for fragrances, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves interacting with customers to provide a delightful shopping experience, demonstrating product knowledge, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the shop
• Provide detailed information on perfume products, including scents, ingredients, and pricing
• Recommend products based on customer preferences and needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and offer samples to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
• Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and process payments
• Manage inventory, restock shelves, and report low stock levels
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals

Salary:
AED 2,200 to 2,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the fragrance or beauty industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English & Tagalog
• Ability to understand and convey product information effectively
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
