Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Maintain maximum availability of company products
• Develop and execute agreed sales plan
• Introduce and establish new products into the market
• Monitor new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status report
• Maintain delivery of the brand, category, and customer objectives and ensure the delivery of agreed distribution targets.

Requirements

• Should have 2 to 3 years relevant experience in UAE especially handling Union Coops.
• A proven track record in Sales and experience in managing a team of sales executives and Merchandisers.
• In-depth ability to work in a fast paced dynamic and highly competitive sales environment.
• Good negotiation skills and the ability to ‘close the deal’ and determination to research and identify new business opportunities.
• Confident with excellent communication and analytical skills to maximize opportunities.
• Result oriented with strong drive to make it happen
• Should have driving License and vehicle
• Arabic nationality preferred.
