Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and market visits
• Set up meetings with potential clients, negotiate/close deals and manage clients’ accounts
• Create and maintain frequent reviews and reports with sales visits and inquiry status
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences if needed
• Collaborate with operations team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with concerned team members
• Research, contact and recommend new local suppliers and overseas agents to help expand agency network
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

Salary:
AED 8,500 to 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: lucrative opportunity to earn high monthly commissions based on meeting and exceeding the sales revenue targets

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years successful experience selling Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services in with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional understanding of the Logistics services market in UAE
• Written and Spoken fluency in English (additional languages is a plus)
• Tech savvy
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiator
• Self-motivated initiator with a positive attitude
• Good work ethic
• Professional and Presentable
• Valid UAE driver’s license
