Position Title: Salon Receptionist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 2.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A Ladies’ salon operating in 2 branches within Dubai offering all beauty and wellness treatment from head to toe, a wide range of products and personalized Spa treatment to ensure customer satisfaction
Job Description:
• Greet walk -in clients, guide them to proper beauty station and alerting assigned beauticians of their arrival
• Book and confirm appointments via phone call and whatsapp
• Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts
• Upsell and inform clients of the current promotions and special deals
• Manage salon's incoming calls for inquiry
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and African nationality
• Female, 35 years old and below
• At least with 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
• Knowledgeable in handling calls, guest and cando admin tasks using Microsoft Office
• Salon experience will be an added advantage
