SAP ERP Project Manager (Manufacturing)

Job description / Role

Our client, a leading UAE conglomerate is seeking an SAP ERP Project Manager with in-depth technical knowledge of SAP and led previous ERP implementation in the manufacturing industry (preferably building materials). This position will report directly to the Group CIO.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops, plans, and implements SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress for the implementation of the project.
- Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs.
- Responsible to monitor the development of the project, manage the communication of the status of the project to multiple stakeholders

Requirements

- Responsible to manage the end-to-end management the implementation of the project and co-ordinate with all stakeholders (e.g. business, procurement, SAP Center of Excellence….etc).
- Design schedule for the project, control and monitor all phases of the project, communicate effectively with all stakeholders to achieve results, and manage top management’s expectations.
- Responsible for the timely completion of the project
