Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible for the overall management of ERP project throughout its life-cycle.
- Work with SAP & Microsoft system integrators to implement the ERP at Sun and Sand Sports, Supercare, Farm Fresh, Trilogi and roll out across the group.

Requirements

- Overall Project Management Interaction with Implementation Consultants, HW and SW vendors etc
- Responsible for timely execution of the project
- Ensure that the scope of the project is clearly defined
- Creation of the project organization
- Perform requirements gathering, blueprinting, project plans, testing plans, contingency and cutover plans, and post implementation support
- Develop work plans and documentation.
- Manage deadlines and coordination of project team and sub-team activities
- Determine required project skill set
- Work with IT/accounting/finance/client to identify specific resources (both internal and external resource requirements)
- Define and agree on deliverables and milestones with stakeholders and communicate to senior management
- Provide ongoing production support to over 15 companies, 200 plus stores & 400 plus end users
- Responsible for project management, tracking the status of the project, identifying and mitigating risks for the project.
- Coordinating with the suppliers and business units' point of contact for scheduling meetings, meeting any needs of the development team, and reporting the progress of the project for partners and stakeholders
- Monitors and Controls Project - monitors project scope, issues, risks and schedule. Manages issues to closure. Manages project issues to resolution at lowest level. Escalates appropriately when project issues dictate.
- Project Communication - ensures all are aware of progress through project meetings, status reports and milestone reviews.
- Staff Management - monitors the performance of all resources assigned to project. Takes appropriate action to motivate and manage.
- Contributes to the Project Management knowledge base by contributing to department standards and improvement initiatives.
- To ensure that the steering committee meetings are held regularly and that key business decisions are taken on time
- Responsible for ensuring change management process within the organization during project execution.

Preference will be given to candidate who possess below experience / skills
- ASAP methodology of SAP through Solution Manager
- Experience in SAP implementation in Retail / Distribution / MFG industry / Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Knowledge of BPC in SAP / Knowledge of IS Retail / MS AX / MM / Supply Chain Management and Logistics
