Job description / Role
As the SAP SuccessFactors Lead / Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in leading the implementation and solution architecture of multiple SuccessFactors modules within the organisation

Description
* Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors implementations, covering all phases of the implementation cycle and providing ongoing support
* Act as a solution architect for SuccessFactors modules including Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning Management, Succession Management, and Career Development
* Identify and deliver the best practice project management methodologies required to ensure successful project delivery on time and in budget
* Translate business requirements into system configurations and create solution designs in compliance with organisational needs
* Lead and mentor a team of support consultants, providing guidance on complex functional and technical issues
* Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project progress report presentations to senior leadership

Requirements
* Over 10 years of professional experience, with at least 6 years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation covering all phases of the project lifecycle for a large organisation
* Extensive expertise in various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum and Waterfall) alongside exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Excellent understanding of the employee life cycle management process in global organisations
* Proficiency in configuring systems according to solution designs and configuration workbooks
* Knowledge of SuccessFactors APIs and BTP capabilities for building custom extensions, including experience integrating solutions with SuccessFactors/SAP or third-party HRIS and solutions
