Job description / Role
Scaffolding General Manager - Scaffolding - Al Futtaim Engineering
Based in Dubai you will be heading the Scaffolding division of 350 staff across UAE, KSA & Qatar and reporting to the Senior Managing Director.
You will be responsible:
- Delivering and managing high quality support to client's business needs
- Developing and leading an efficient profitable scaffolding division
- Managing all Scaffolding functions, vendors and suppliers
- Ensuring effective product development, billing & invoice control
- Managing / leading employees by engaging, energising and developing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 10 plus years of experience in the contracting Industry
- 5 Plus years in Senior Leadership/ Managerial role/ head of Scaffolding business
- 5 Plus years of experience as head of a scaffolding business
- Must be able to operate on both strategic and operational levels
- Experience in Strategic Business Development, Consultancy Operations, Contract Negotiations and Contract drafting
