Position Title: School Principal

Job Description:
- Oversee and ensure the school’s commitment to quality education and its continued improvement, with a focus on students’ outcomes.
- Ensure the implementation of the school’s stated curriculum and related assessment and certification requirements in all phases.
- Ensure that the school is meeting the needs of all students, and groups of students, and must ensure students with special educational needs make at least good progress in all aspects of their education and development.
- Develop the school budgets based on documented program needs, estimated enrolment, personnel, and other fiscal needs. Keep programs within budget limits. Maintain fiscal control. Accurately report fiscal information.
- Compile, maintain, and file all physical and computerized reports, records, and other documents required including accurate and timely reports of maximum attendance to requisition textbooks.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Open to Western and Arabic nationality
- 50 years old and below
- Master’s degree in educational administration or any relevant educational background
- At least 8 years of experience in the same role
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
