Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Main task of the secretary to the management includes;
- Schedule management for diplomats; arrange meetings, business lunches and other appointments
- Incoming and outgoing correspondence by phone, email, letter etc.
- Manage Embassy's contact database
- Translation from Arabic to English and vice versa
- Give report on local news in case of absence of other secretaries

Requirements

- Age: 25-40
- Education: University graduates or above
- Experience: Having worked as secretary for more than 3 years
- Residence: Having lived in the U.A.E. for more than 3 years
- Required Skills
- Language: English and Arabic
- Computer: Word, Excel and Power Point
- Business writing
