Job description / Role
Client is a boutique digital communications agency are looking for a Senior Account Manager/ Account Director to join their Client Services team to lead the client servicing and digital communications delivery team across a portfolio of Consumer Tech, FMCG and Retail brands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strategic understanding of clients’ business, guiding development of strategy and inspiring the team to produce great work that meets clients’ needs.
Requirements
- Have 3-5 years agency experience
- Experience in handling a large portfolio (5+ accounts)
- Management experience – managing a team of 2+ people
- Ability to stay constantly attuned to the evolving needs of client.
- Ability to integrate seamlessly with agency peers to facilitate collaboration and innovation.
- Ability to resolves conflict easily and quickly, reducing organization and interpersonal issues.
- Ability to handle pressure, long hours & deliver within deadlines.
- Highly adaptive/have a passion for digital media marketing & changing technology in the fast paced industry
