Job description / Role
- Record all invoices from local and foreign suppliers and service providers by using the system to match the invoices with PO in terms of quantity and prices.
- Revise and record admin petty cash to ensure all financial policies and procedures are applied.
- Apply all prepayments with received invoice.
- Record and revise freight out charges accrual.
- Record intercompany current transactions.
- Reconcile & confirm intercompany balances.
- Ensure that payable transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Maintain good relationship with suppliers by responding to their inquiries on time
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of accounting from a well-known university.
- Minimum experience of 3 years in AP accounting. Preferably in manufacturing environment
- Decent knowledge in international financial reporting standards and general accepted accounting principles.
- Good command of English language.
