Senior Accountant - Finance and Accounting - Al Futtaim Group Real Estate - Dubai

The position will be responsible for balance sheet reconciliation on a monthly basis and items required further analyses are identified and cascaded to the department for necessary actions; support the department in preparing monthly and ad-hoc management reports accurately as per the agreed timelines; liaising with Financial Planning & Analysis team and provide the cash flow inputs for weekly and monthly forecasts; support the department to complete the accounting cycle of the assigned Residential portfolio companies. (Revenue, Expense, Closing & Reporting); etc.

This position reports to the Finance Manager – Business Decision Support - Residential and will be based out of Dubai Festival City.

Requirements

This role ideally needs someone with a post graduate degree in commerce / accounting / finance with knowledge of Financial Management and Accounting Systems with 4-6 years of relevant experience working in diverse teams within the real estate leasing environment preferably.

A detail oriented and accurate working style would be the ideal attributes needed for this role.s environment experience will be preferred.
