Senior Accountant/Management Accountant

Job description / Role

- Prepare periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries. Analyze financial performance and contributing to medium and long-term business planning/forecasts.
- Interpreting and communicating financial data to non-financial managers.
- Liaising with other function managers and highlight the individual dept performances.
- Monitoring and evaluating financial information systems and suggesting improvements where needed.
- Prepare management accounts and present analysis to Financial controller. Distribute management accounts to managers providing commentary to aid their understanding and development.
- Act as the primary source of analysis for decision support information and modeling. Report monthly business drivers and KPIs. Collaborating with the Financial Controller to provide revenue targets and bonus targets.
- Participate in budget process by providing additional analysis to support the overall budget submission.
- Participate system information implementation viz. HRMS, ERP

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Accountancy/Commerce or any other related field from a reputed institution.

Post qualifications will be advantageous.

Professional qualifications CIMA/CPA/ACCA.

With 3 - 5 years real time experience in the required skills with reputed organisations preferably in the UAE.
