Oversee the development and implementation of Enterprise Architecture initiatives and contribute to the collaboration with relevant stakeholders whilst providing solutions and strategy advisory.

A prominent organisation in the region seeking building a new Enterprise Architecture function.
Description
* Lead the development of the Enterprise Architecture targets upon consultation with stakeholders.
* Oversee both existing and future EA projects, ensuring risk management compliance.
* Provide collection, analysis, and advisory assistance on inputs and reports for EA programs based on reporting requirements.
* Research and benchmark best practices across the relevant sectors to guide initiatives regarding change management.

Requirements
* 11-15 years of overall architectural/advisory experience working with international, recognised consulting firms and experience in multiple geographic regions PLUS experience working within large, complex businesses, leading multiple EA engagements.
* Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
* Strong understanding of strategy development, management and the ability to develop IT policies and standard and set overall governance.
