Senior Architect

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architects to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality designs and providing technical expertise and guidance to the team. The Senior Architect will play a key role in contributing to the growth and success of our architecture firm.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to design, budget, and timeline requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and goals, and translate them into innovative and functional design solutions
- Provide technical expertise, mentorship, and guidance to junior architects and design team members
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments to ensure design and construction quality, and compliance with regulations and standards
- Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and documentation to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture, and integrate them into project designs

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Flight allowance, Medical, Life Insurance, Annual Bonus, 22 holiday plus bank hols, career progression

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
- Professional certification and licensure as an architect
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
- Proficiency in architectural design software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- In-depth knowledge of UAE, GCC building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively
