Senior Architect / Design Manager

Randstad is working with an award-winning architecture and engineering consultancy firm with a remarkable portfolio of landmark projects across the Middle East, the United States and Canada. Due to new high-rise, hotel and resort projects wins, we are looking to hire an all-rounded senior architect to be based in Dubai, UAE.

As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the design and execution of our high-rise and hotel projects. You will be responsible for guiding projects from their initial concept stages through to completion, ensuring that clients' vision becomes a reality while meeting the highest standards of design and quality. This is an opportunity for an all-rounded architect with a passion for innovative design and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop creative and innovative design concepts that align with client requirements and project goals
- Take ownership of projects, managing all architectural aspects from inception to handover
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project life-cycle
- Present design proposals and updates to clients, addressing their feedback and concerns
- Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of construction
- Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering their professional growth within the firm

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognised institution
- 8+ years of experience with a strong portfolio of high-rise and hotel projects
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modelling tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
