Position Title: Senior Bartender
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus company accommodation and transportation

About the Client:
The hiring company is an international food & beverage company with high-end restaurant outlets in Abu Dhabi.
Job Role:
• Responsible to provide the highest level of hospitality when preparing and providing beverages
• Perform all necessary tasks to service beverages according to the standard of performance manual of the restaurant
• Conduct weekly training sessions on beverage pouring practice, mixing and up-selling
• Achieve total guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources
• Work towards the timely set up of the bar areas and the completion of all mise en place works, in line with the opening hours
• Delight the guest by offering trend setting and innovative products and services, contribute to sales activities and assist in maximizing revenue
• Prepare store requisitions and bar requisitions
• Handle guest complaints directly or refer them to the Restaurant Manager
• Extend prompt services to all guests and treat guests and colleagues in a courteous manner
• Prepare beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to any nationality
• Male/Female, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 2 years relevant experience in a fine dining restaurant
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• Relevant training certificate for bartenders will be an advantage
• Team spirit and flexibility to work in shifts
