Senior BIM Specialist

Job description / Role

My client an International Design Consultancy has an urgent requirement for a Senior BIM Specialist with experience in mixed use developments and the educational sector to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements

Candidates who fulfil the following criteria are invited to apply:

- Should have a Bachelor in Architecture
- Minimum of 10 years experience in design management of ELV systems.
- Experience of BIM across the life cycle of a project
- Excellent co-ordination skills across multi-disciplinary design teams, contractors and client.
- Great communication skills with experience presenting information to the client.
- Up to date in all emerging BIM technology and ability to bring new technology on board.
- Language skills: English is a must(Must)
- Excellent Revit, Auto Cad, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro and MS Office skills

This is an urgent role with preference to candidates available immediately and located in Abu Dhabi.
